About Nine Clouds
Composed in 2020 for Volume Two of my cello method, Cellosophy, Nine Clouds is a virtuosic piece for beginning cellists.
Fission requires second position, extension 1, and tremolo. Lots and lots of tremolo.
It draws inspiration from Michael Gordon’s “Rushes for Seven Bassoons.”
