About Song Without Words no. 1

Composed in 2018 for Volume Three of my cello method, Cellosophy, Song Without Words no. 1 is meant to be a beautiful, catchy piece for early intermediate players, but is novel enough for a professional concert.

The Song Without Words compositions are an ongoing series of works for solo cello that are more in a rock-pop tradition than a classical one.

Challenges include reading some tenor clef and navigating some string crossings around the harmonic.

Cellosophy Volume One is available here.
Volume Two and Three are in Private Beta ;)
